Ashley Leggott
Ashley unites members and represents the Consortium to advance its mission, vision, and strategic objectives. This role entails facilitating and coordinating consortium activities, providing direct support to members and fostering connections both among members of the Consortium and with key partners and the wider VCS. Ashley also leads the development and maximisation of joint funding opportunities, engaging members as effective collaborators in project delivery rooted in partnership. Through his representation, Ashley amplifies a unified voice that encompasses the Consortium, its members, and their service users, contributing meaningfully to the broader agenda for children, young people, and families.

Zoe Cartwright-Harrison
Zoe oversees and coordinate the Smiles for Miles Base Project. Her responsibilities include facilitating collaboration among delivery partners, connecting services and pathways, monitoring progress against service level agreements and optimising opportunities to achieve high-quality outcomes and significant impacts for children and young people.
Finance and Administration Officer
Naomi Marrow
Naomi collaborates with the Consortium Strategic Co-ordinator to facilitate effective administration, finance, and governance within the Consortium. Her responsibilities include organising and documenting meetings, overseeing quality assurance processes, managing financial matters and sharing sector-relevant information through our regular members’ newsletter.
CYPF Consortium Board of Trustees
The CYPF Consortium Board of Trustees is primarily composed of representatives from its member organisations, and is therefore led by its members. These Trustees provide essential strategic governance, oversee activities, and offer leadership that is key to achieving sustainable impact while promoting collaboration and innovation.
